View Inventory

Overview:

This article outlines the steps to track inventory, switch between viewing options (by Location or Item Type), and apply filters to refine item searches based on specific criteria. Users can add multiple filters for advanced inventory management. Sorting options are explained, allowing users to arrange items as needed. Furthermore, the article explains how to access detailed item information, including Item Type Name, Quantity, Last Updated data, and a table displaying item quantities at different locations. 

Instructions:

To begin tracking your inventory, tap Track under the Looking for something? section of the Inventory user interface.

To switch how you view the items in your inventory, tap on the dropdown to the right of View.

Then, users will have the ability to view the items in their inventory by Location or Item Type. 

Users also have the ability to filter for certain items in their inventory by tapping Filter.

Then the user will have to select a Field and a Comparison Value to filter by.

To add an additional filter, tap on the "+" to the right of Add Filter.

To sort the items in your inventory a certain way, tap Sort.

Once you have selected one of the options to sort by, tap Done. 

To view item details in a particular section of your inventory, tap on the Black arrow icon.

After selecting the black arrow icon, the Item Type Name, Quantity, and Last Updated information will be displayed.

Additionally, a table titled Location will be displayed that shows the Quantity of the item at each Location.
