Stage Shipments

Overview:


This article covers using the Stage Shipments feature in Xemelgo, including connecting RFID devices, selecting shipping destinations, auto-filling via QR codes, and marking items as in staging through both barcode and RFID tag scanning.


Instructions:


To begin using the stage shipments feature, tap Stage Shipments under the Manage your shipments section of the Shipments user interface. 


Next, the Xemelgo app will automatically establish a connection to the RFID handheld device you are using. 


Note: If the RFID handheld device you are attempting to use has not been onboarded to the Xemelgo app before, please consult the Onboarding an RFID Device section of the Xemelgo knowledge base.


Then tap the Blue arrow to select a Location as a shipping destination. 


If you have a QR Code associated with the order, you have the ability to autofill the shipping destination information by tapping Scan to Autofill.


Then, use the handheld reader to scan a QR Code to fill in the required information. 

Once the required information has been filled in, tap Next.


Now users can begin to mark items as in staging at the location they selected.


To mark items as in staging by scanning their barcodes, tap Scan Barcode.


Then begin scanning.


Once you have scanned all of the barcodes of the items you wanted to mark as in staging, tap Mark as In Staging

To mark items as in staging by scanning their RFID tags, tap Scan RFID.


Then begin scanning.


Once you have scanned all of the RFID tags of the items you wanted to mark as in staging, tap Mark as In Staging.
