Search for Shipments

Overview:


This article explains how to search for and manage shipments in the Xemelgo app, including locating orders, viewing order details, expediting orders, connecting to RFID handheld devices, tracking order routes, adding routes, editing order information, and marking orders as completed.


Instructions:


To search for a shipment, tap Search under the Looking for something? section of the Shipments user interface.


Next, enter either the Order Number or Tag Number.


Then select the order you are searching for.

 

Then information such as the Order Number, Tag Number, Due Date, Location, Last Updated, PO #, and Customer will be displayed.


To expedite the order, swipe right next to Expedite.


Note: Users can subscribe to Expedited Alerts to receive a notification every time an order has been marked as expedited. 


To find the order, tap Find to connect to an RFID handheld device.


Note: If the RFID handheld device you are attempting to use has not been onboarded to the Xemelgo app before, please consult the Onboarding an RFID Device section of the Xemelgo knowledge base. 

If you scroll up on your device's screen, a table titled Order Route will be displayed that shows the Stage and Duration the order spent at each stage. It also shows the Order Progress.


Note: Users can subscribe to Idle Alerts to receive a notification every time an order has been sitting at a location for an extended period of time.


To add an additional route to the Order Route, tap Add Route.


Then select a location from the Blue dropdown under Adding Location and tap Save

To edit order details, tap "..."


Then tap Edit Order.

To mark the order as complete, tap Mark As Completed.


To confirm that the order has been completed, tap Yes, Mark As Completed
