Overview:

This article provides a comprehensive guide to using the Xemelgo Shipments dashboard. It covers filtering shipments, auto-scrolling, sorting views, text, and global search, and subscribing to alerts for missing items, shipment issues, and verification updates.

Instructions:

Once you log in, you will see our main dashboard page for Shipments, which shows all the items that are currently In Transit or Received at each facility.

The color of each item in the list below the filters reflects the Location of where the item was last seen. In Transit items will also be marked with a color and status label.

Filtering Shipments through Summary Tiles:

Users can select different views on the top to see what is being shipped and received at each location. Selecting different views will change the list of items below. When there are more filters than can fit the page, users can click the arrow icons to see the next set of filters.

Auto Scroll:

When there is enough data in the system, users can scroll through each page by selecting the different pages.

If users want to display their shipment dashboard on a TV screen for automatic viewing, they can utilize the auto-scroll feature to have the dashboard automatically cycle through each page every 30 seconds. This interval can be customized by request to the Xemelgo team.

Sorting Shipment View:

By clicking on theicon, users have the option to sort their shipments by Status, Item Identifier, or Last Updated

Filtering Shipments through Text Search:

Users can enter any text into the text filter bar to filter the inventory.

Global Search:

Users can instantly search for any item by using the global search at the top. Users can search using: Job Number, Part Number, or RFID Tag Number.

Note: When an item goes missing or is found, you will receive a notification if you are subscribed to Missing Item Alerts.

Note: Users can subscribe to Shipment Issue Alerts to be notified every time an item is marked with a shipment issue.

Note: Users have the ability to subscribe to Shipment Verified Alerts to receive a notification every time a user completes the shipment verification process.
