Add for Orders

Overview:


This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to onboard work orders. 


Instructions:


To add a new work order, tap Add under the Onboard your orders section of the Orders user interface. 


Then, enter the Order Number and the RFID Tag Number


If you want to set the status of the new work order to expedited, tap the box to the left of Expedited

Users have the ability to enter the Order Number information through their camera by tapping the Scan Text icon.


Users can onboard a work order's RFID Tag by using an RFID handheld device. Ensure that the tag you want to enter is at least 5 inches away from any other tag in the area.


Note: If the RFID handheld device you are attempting to use has not been onboarded to the Xemelgo app before, please consult the Onboarding an RFID Device section of the Xemelgo knowledge base.


Once all of the information for the new work order is entered, tap Create.
