If you run into any issues with the Xemelgo Web Application or have any questions, simply click the message option in the bottom right corner of the screen to get in contact with our support team.
Mobile:
On the Xemelgo app's homepage, tap on the Support icon, located towards the bottom right corner of the screen.
After selecting the Support icon, you will be prompted to type a message to the support team at Xemelgo
If you would like to upload pictures along with your message to the support team, simply tap on the paperclip icon located towards the bottom left of the screen.
If you would like to exit the conversation, tap the Close option located towards the top left of the screen.
