Overview:
This article explains how to install Zebra Browser Print for label printing.
Instructions:
To begin installing Zebra Browser Print, navigate to the Zebra Website.
Next, scroll down to the Browser Print section.
Then click the link that is applicable to your device.
Note: The link being selected in the image may not be applicable to your device, verify you are selecting the correct link for your device before moving on to the next steps.
Next, fill in the required information and click Submit.
Then click Accept and Begin Download.
To finish installing Zebra Browser Print, follow the instructions displayed on your device.
After the download has completed, open the downloads folder, and install the application to the machine, keeping all defaults for the installer.
After the install has completed, ensure that Zebra browser print is running.
Right Click on the Zebra browser print application and select Settings.
If the printer is connected via USB or is visible through the network you are connected to, click Change next to Default Devices.
If it successfully finds a printer, click Set on the new screen.
Note: if you successfully set the printer in the previous step, skip to the Final Step.
If the printer Does Not show up in the Select Default Device window, it is likely the printer cannot be discovered through the network. However, if you do have network access to the printer, you can also manually add the device under Added Devices by clicking Manage.
After clicking Manage, enter any user friendly name for the printer in the Name field.
Next, enter the IP address or the Host Name of the printer in the Device Address field.
Once the Name and Device Address information has been added, click Add. Now you can go back to Default Devices and set the manually added printer.
The Final Step is to navigate to https://signin.xemelgo.com
After logging in, navigate to a page that has printer onboarding enabled. You will be prompted with the following warning about allowing the Xemelgo URL access to Browser Print. Click Yes.
Your device is now fully set up to print tags through Xemelgo. Each individual device that is issuing a print will need to be set up the same way.
