Identifying Critical Departments on the Floor

Overview:

This article explains how to identify critical workstations in red on the map, view filtered workstations, and set up Backlog and Idle Alerts for efficient work-in-progress tracking.

Instructions:

Critical workstations will appear in Red on the map. These workstations will also be filtered out and viewable to the right of the map. 

Note: Users can subscribe to Backlog Alerts to receive a notification every time the backlog in a location exceeds the warning or critical thresholds.

Note: Users can subscribe to Idle Alerts to receive a notification every time an order has been sitting at a location for an extended period of time.
